Centerboard IT Group was founded in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2019. We have been assisting organizations across the United States to find proven talent that helps achieve company and IT objectives. Our team is made up of experienced executive search consultants, seasoned recruiters, and skilled IT leaders that have a deep understanding of the IT skills required to ensure a successful placement.

What is a Centerboard?
It is a crucial part of a sailboat. It's a board that protrudes down into the water from the bottom of the boat (sometimes called a keel). It's what allows a sailboat to move forward and stay on coarse. If you didn’t have one you would either tip over or get blown sideways. Almost like being in a canoe on a windy day.
